ScummVM

ScummVM is released under the terms of the GNU GPL. Regarding charging for distribution, the GPL states that:

You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee.

The ScummVM binaries included in the installer package are byte-identical to those released by the ScummVM team. Since no part of the source code was changed, the source can be obtained from http://scummvm.org/.

Installer/launcher

The installer/launcher code (written entirely in NSIS script) and the connected icons/graphics are released under the terms of the GNU GPL. The source files may be downloaded from the download page.
