TRADE POLICY

As you certainly know, patch collecting and trading is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding hobbies one can think of!
It is also highly educational and instructive. My knowledge of US and world geography, heraldry, and history has definitely improved since I started collecting. Besides, it is wonderful to get in touch with collectors from all over the globe!

However, for I am still in the process of expanding and building up I will mainly trade for patches I really need. Thanks for understanding! Some of the patches I usually have for trade can be found on my "Brief Trade List".

I only collect originals, no reproductions or fakes!

(Logo by Doug Runyon)

I will usually trade 1 for 1, new for new, though I also won't reject a used patch provided it is in good condition and I need it for my collection. Specialty patches will be traded for other specialty emblems on a 1-for-1 basis or for two regular patches each.

If you initiate the trade and we have never swapped before, I expect you to send your patches first. After many years of trading, I believe that this is the usual procedure (and generally recognized as such).

General remarks on the standard Patch Trading Etiquette can also be found in the Law Enforcement Patch Collectors' Corner.

You are more than welcome to view my Want List. If you have a patch that is listed there, please drop me a message.
I currently specialize in US and European police patches but also take emblems from other parts of the world.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

HAPPY TRADING!
